| Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport has clear objective of building up of strong and modern yet culturally rich Guyana. To achieve that and to nurture the youth as a powerful entity that contributes towards effecting economic changes, ministry aims to channelize their energies and idealism while enhancing country’s social and cultural wellbeing.To this effect, the department provides required institutional and infrastructural facilities to these youths via its various programs and schemes that gives them ample opportunities towards self-expression, self-development and self-motivation. This gives them cultural prowess to assume social and civic responsibility leading towards a socially healthy Guyana. |
